Managing Director
Chetan Kanodia is a visionary leader with exceptional entrepreneurial skills and a deep understanding of the packaging business. He founded Kanodia Technoplast Limited in 1995, starting with just a few gravure printing machines. With 25 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry, Mr. Kanodia has guided the company to unparalleled growth. His qualifications include an M.Sc., DBM, ATA, and L.L.B. degrees. Before starting his own business, he worked with the Birla Group and launched several successful ventures, including Sitara manufacturing and Flex Printing. A progressive thinker, Mr. Kanodia aspires to grow KTL into a globally recognized and socially responsible corporate entity.
Dhruv Kanodia
Director
Dhruv Kanodia serves as the Non-Executive Director, with a focus on overseas marketing and domestic business development. He is dedicated towards product development and innovation, in turn leading the company to win several awards from the World Packaging Organization (WPO) and the Indian Institute of Packaging. Under his leadership, the company continues to develop cutting-edge solutions that set industry standards.
Girisha Kanodia
Vice President & Business Head
As the dynamic force behind Kanodia Gravure, Vice President and Business Head Girisha Saraf Kanodia brings over a decade of expertise in finance and business, propelling the company to new heights of growth and innovation.
With a distinguished academic background that includes BCom Hons from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics, she combines financial acumen with strategic insight. In 2017, she further enhanced her expertise by completing CFA Level 2, underscoring her deep understanding of complex financial landscapes.
Her career began on the global stage in investment banking in London, followed by a critical role in equity research in Mumbai. These experiences sharpened her ability to analyse market dynamics and craft strategies that deliver results.
Since assuming her leadership role at Kanodia Gravure in 2019, she has spearheaded the company’s transformation. She has driven process efficiencies, led the integration of Base shell manufacturing, and expanded the company’s reach across India. Her strategic foresight and relentless pursuit of excellence have not only optimised operations but also elevated the company’s standing in the market.
Her leadership is characterised by a visionary approach, blending operational precision with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. This has positioned Kanodia Gravure as a leader in the industry, recognized for its innovation, quality, and reliability.
